1. Terms Acceptance

By accessing and using the Jinvani Capital website (capital.jinvani.in) and our related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should immediately cease all use of our site and services.

2. Scope of Services

Jinvani Capital is managed by Swarn Kumar Jain, an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-287171). We facilitate the distribution of various mutual fund schemes offered by SEBI-registered Asset Management Companies (AMCs).

We provide digital portfolio tracking, investment facilitation, systematic investment planning tools, and assistance in dematerializing physical share certificates and filing IEPF claim transmission documents.

3. Mutual Fund Risk & Disclaimers

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

Past performance of any mutual fund scheme is not a guarantee of future returns. Jinvani Capital and Swarn Kumar Jain do not guarantee, assure, or warrant any returns on investments made through our platform. All investment decisions are at your sole discretion and risk.

4. User Obligations & KYC Compliances

To initiate mutual fund transactions, you must satisfy KRA/KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal and financial details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any investment account logins or security parameters.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or transaction submissions.

5. Commissions and Remunerations

Under SEBI guidelines, Jinvani Capital discloses that we receive commission and brokerage from AMCs for distributing mutual fund units. These commissions are paid directly by the AMCs out of the scheme's expense ratio. Please refer to our AMFI Disclosures page for the detailed commission range structure. We do not charge direct transactional fees to investors for mutual fund distribution.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jinvani Capital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Delays, execution failures, or transmission errors caused by banking networks, RTAs, or payment gateway providers.
• Decisions or actions taken by you based on calculators or general information provided on our website.
• Market losses arising from mutual fund performance, volatility, or economic disruptions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
